Teams Who Need To Win Their Week 4 Matchups.

The first quarter of the season is coming to an end. Teams who have intentions of going deep into the playoffs should win at least nine of their last twelve games of the season, especially after they start the season 2-2 or worse. In my opinion, there are five teams who really need to win their week four matchups. The New England Patriots, New York Giants, Atlanta Falcons, and the Dallas Cowboys are all entering week four with a 1-2 record. None of these teams can't afford to have three losses after the first quarter of the season. Certainly, teams who start the season 1-3, don't necessarily miss the playoffs as the 2011 Denver Broncos, made it to the playoffs after starting the season 1-4, and then the 2015 Kansas City Chiefs, made it to the playoffs after starting the season 1-5. However, neither of those teams made it further than the divisional round. It is essential for all the 1-2 teams who want to compete for Super Bowl this year, win their matchup this w

Week 3 Sunday Takeaways!

What an awesome football Sunday we had last night. We had a high scoring one o clock game between the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints in Atlanta. Those of you who don't have Sunday Ticket, I feel sorry that you guys missed on such a high-flying game. For the defenses, that game wasn't as fun, but for the offenses, it was pretty exciting. After that game, we all got to witness Patrick Mahomes doing magic for such an incredible start to a career, as he had a solid overall game against another team. However, in that game, we lost Jimmy Garaopplo for possibly an extended period of time. Seattle Seahawks and the New York Giants finally got their first win of the season. The Giants looked really dominant in their win against the Houston Texans. Last but not least, we had a huge upset for our Sunday night game (there was an upset earlier in the afternoon, as the Buffalo Bills defeated the Minnesota Vikings). Drew Brees Outduels Matt Ryan in Atlanta!   It certainly was

Games To Watch In Week One Of The Season.

Before we talk about the three big-time games from this Sunday, let's start with the game that took place on Thursday. Philadephia Eagles versus Atlanta Falcons was supposed to be a great game. It was a close game that the Falcons could have won at the end of it. Why did they lose to the Eagles again? Simply because they haven't figured out how to score in the red-zone. Forget about the divisional playoff game from last season, let's talk about the 2017-18 regular season. Atlanta Falcons did win ten games last year and made it to the playoffs as the sixth seed, but their scoring went down significantly. They were supposed to be a top-five scoring offense with all the playmakers on their side. They have a monster in Julio Jones, who in my opinion, should be the most dominant player in the red-zone besides Rob Gronkowski. Julio finished the regular season with only three touchdown catches. I have already talked about this before, but it still boggles my mind how he caug

Everything That Happened In The Final Week Of 2018 Preseason.

Lots of transactions took place in the final week of the preseason. Most of the transactions usually are about teams cutting players to set up their fifty-three men roster for the new season. Some of the players who get cut are good but not good enough for the team that ended up releasing them. However this year, the last week of the preseason didn't start with teams cutting players. It started with Eric Decker of the New England Patriots retiring. Then Odell Beckham Jr. getting the richest wide receiver contract of all-time. Then Aaron Rodgers getting the most expensive contract of all-time. We also got the news of Dez Bryant saying no to the Browns' contract offer of five million dollars. A lot happened last week. Let's review some of the major transactions from the final preseason week. Eric Decker, are you serious?   Signed by the Patriots on August the 2nd. Said that his entire offseason plan was to sign with the Patriots. Decker got what he wanted but t
